Business Analyst (ref.: 431)

We are pleased to announce a mission opportunity for an Expert in MiFID Regulatory Framework within our client's team. Your key role will be to contribute to the evolution of the regulatory framework to enable compliant distribution of associated products such as Private Asset and Evergreen.

As an Expert, you will be responsible for various crucial missions, including adding key questions to the MiFID2 questionnaire (appropriateness section) and integrating relevant controls into appropriateness and suitability tests, both at transaction and regular intervals.

Furthermore, you will be in charge of implementing concentration and diversification tests, as well as enhancing associated client reports, such as the suitability statement, periodic suitability report, and management report.

Technical Skills:

The requirements for this position involve the ability to take on a dual role, combining business analysis and technical understanding. It is imperative to demonstrate an aptitude for accurately translating business requirements into clear technical specifications, while effectively communicating with developers, testers, and architects. Additionally, a deep knowledge of an IT framework, including the IT system, validation processes, and production deployment, is essential. Proficiency in the banking MiFID domain, encompassing client profile capture, suitability/appropriateness analysis, order entry controls, and client reporting, is also required. Lastly, an understanding of the Agile framework, including user stories and rituals, is crucial for this role.
