Fullstack JAVA/ANGULAR & SCALA Developer

For one of our clients, an insurance company, we are looking for a Fullstack JAVA/ANGULAR developer with knowledge in SCALA.

Your responsibilities

You will mainly work on the design and development of web and mobile interfaces for the Customer Area, while occasionally collaborating on the back-end part.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team composed of a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Scrum Master, and several developers, in direct interaction with business stakeholders.

Your missions

• You will maintain and enhance Web and Mobile applications (Angular, Capacitor) as well as back-end APIs (Scala).

Your profile

Frontend & Mobile

• You master Angular (v15+), TypeScript, HTML, and CSS.

• You have experience in integrating mockups (Figma).

• You know hybrid mobile frameworks such as Capacitor or Cordova.

• You apply Software Craftsmanship best practices (clean code, tests, architecture).

Backend

• You have a good command of object-oriented programming (Java 8+).

• You know Scala or are willing to learn this language.

• You have experience in designing and developing REST APIs.

• You work with MongoDB databases.

• You are familiar with the JSON-API standard.

Quality & DevOps

• You master Git for versioning.

• You are comfortable with CI/CD tools (Kubernetes, Jenkins…).

• You have experience with unit testing frameworks.

• You know monitoring tools like Instana, Sentry, or Datadog.

Soft Skills

• You support your peers through code reviews, pair programming, or mentoring.

• You have a collaborative spirit and interact easily with other technical teams.

• You are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented.

• You demonstrate compassionate leadership and a strong ability to adapt.

You are fluent in French and English.
