Comprehensively handle the 'joiner/leaver/mover' processes to ensure access security and compliance.
Actively participate in access management projects by updating the Sailpoint IIQ solution.
Strengthen resource management and establish optional access to optimize operations.
Conduct access recertification campaigns and efficiently reconcile access.
Apply 'segregation of duties' principles to enhance security.
Draft, update, and optimize operational procedures for optimal access management and security.
Develop and enhance reports related to the access management system for a clear and precise view.
Identify and address outdated resources in the IAM system to maintain access relevance.
Precisely configure new access in the IAM solution for seamless integration.
Collaborate with the network of Business Authorization Officers for effective communication and optimal coordination.
Provide expertise in user support to resolve access-related issues and ensure a smooth experience.

The following criteria are essential for this exciting position:

Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent field.
Relevant experience in a similar position, preferably in the financial sector.
Exceptional expertise in Sailpoint IIQ solution.
Proficient in Active Directory and Microsoft Office Suite.
Thorough knowledge of access management models and fundamental principles of IT security.
Experience in writing and updating operational procedures.
Dynamic, organized, meticulous, autonomous, and possessing brilliant analytical skills.
French level: minimum B2.
English level: minimum A2.
