✅ Organizational project management: defining objectives, planning, and monitoring deliverables
✅ Analysis of business processes and formalization of requirements to optimize performance
✅ Writing specifications and functional requirements
✅ Stakeholder management and leading follow-up committees
✅ Risk, budget, and timeline management to ensure project success
✅ Change management support and communication with teams

🔹 Your Profile

✔ Proven experience in organizational project management and business analysis
✔ Expertise in functional analysis and process modeling
✔ Proficiency in project management tools (Odoo, PROMETA, ECM tools)
✔ Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
✔ Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP or equivalent
✔ French & English C1 (Luxembourgish/German = a plus)
