General PMO

We are hiring a Project Portfolio Manager Consultant! 🎯

Are you passionate about project portfolio management and want to support transformation within the administration? Do you have expertise in risk management, budget tracking, and supporting project managers? This position is for you!

🔹 Your Missions

✅ Manage the project portfolio: selection, prioritization, and monitoring of objectives (time, cost, quality)
✅ Support project managers: training, coordination of reviews, and monitoring performance indicators
✅ Support the transformation: collaboration with the TMO, transparency on progress, and development of a project management culture
✅ Consolidation and reporting: presenting analyses to COSPORO and monitoring methodologies with the IT PMO
✅ Process optimization: writing specifications and participating in tenders

🔹 Your Profile

✔ Experience in project portfolio management and PMO methodologies
✔ Expertise in risk management and quality assurance
✔ Mastery of QUAPITAL & QUAPITAL IT frameworks (training possible)
✔ Knowledge of PROMETA (State's BPM platform) (training possible)
✔ Excellent command of office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and specific software (Odoo, ECM, project management tools)
✔ Certification in PMI, PRINCE2, HERMES HSPTP or equivalent
✔ French & English C1 (Luxembourgish/German = a plus)
