Job description

For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg, we are looking for a Project Manager Officer (PMO).

His mission will include the following tasks:

  • Structuring, coordinating, and monitoring project management within the IT department.

  • Aligning projects with the company's overall strategy and prioritizing, optimizing resources.

  • Leading change and processes related to project and portfolio management.

  • Supporting Project Managers and Team Plan Managers in the proper use of the project management tool (MS Project) and ensuring that the data entered in this tool accurately reflects the status of projects and other non-project work.

  • Close and regular relationships with the bank's PMO team.

Job requirements

Your profile:

  • Minimum of a few years of experience (3 - 7 years) in a similar PMO role, ideally in the banking and insurance sector

  • Mastery of project portfolio management

  • Mastery of project management and experience as a Project Manager

  • Organizational, planning, and activity monitoring skills

  • Skills in leading change

  • Written and oral communication skills with various stakeholders in the bank.

  • Proficiency in Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point) and MS Project

  • Fluency in French and English languages (written and spoken)
