As part of strengthening its teams, one of our clients in full digital transformation is looking for a Tech Lead .NET to support the development and evolution of its strategic applications.

MISSION

In addition to development tasks: Supervise, animate, and coordinate the development team in carrying out IT projects.

Technically lead developments, ensure the quality of deliverables, bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation, and ensure the team's skills evolution.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Supervision & Animation

• Supervise and motivate developers on a daily basis

• Organize and lead team rituals (daily meetings, retrospectives, code reviews)

• Ensure skills development through coaching, training, and sharing best practices

• Manage resources, goal distribution, and deliverables tracking

Technical Project Management

• Coordinate development activities with PO and Scrum Master

• Ensure task planning and prioritization

• Ensure compliance with deadlines, code quality, and technical standards

• Monitor progress and escalate alerts if necessary

• Represent the team in project steering committees

Quality Assurance and Technical Sustainability

• Define and enforce development standards and best practices

• Organize and oversee code reviews

• Ensure the implementation of automated tests and technical documentation

• Lead continuous improvement actions

Business-Technical Link

• Participate in analysis and specification workshops

• Contribute to workload estimation

• Propose technical solutions adapted to business needs

• Facilitate communication between business teams, PM, and developers

REQUIRED PROFILE

Professional Experience

• Confirmed experience in insurance in Luxembourg (regulatory, application, organization domain)

• Mastery of project management techniques

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in languages: C#, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Knowledge of SI frameworks and technologies

• Mastery of Agile and DevSecOps methodologies

• Mastery of best practices (CleanCode, SOLID, DRY, KISS, YAGNI)

• Understanding of software architectures, Git, continuous integration

• Understanding of application security principles

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, GitLab, Confluence, etc.)

• Leadership and analytical mindset

• Teaching, organization, and rigor

• Adaptability and collaborative spirit

• French and English (written and spoken)
