Mission
Design intuitive and accessible user experiences for digital solutions, chatbot, and AI, ensuring a consistent and user-centered interface.
Responsibilities
Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and UI interfaces.
Define and apply UX principles, accessibility (WCAG), and design systems.
Participate in Chatbot, AI, and conversational interface projects.
Conduct user analysis, UX tests, and improvement recommendations.
Collaborate with business, development, AI, and architecture teams.
Produce functional and UX documentation.
Job requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Fluency in French or Dutch and English.
Experience in UX/UI Design and digital projects, AI, or Chatbot.
Mastery of UX methods, Design Thinking, prototyping, and design systems.
Knowledge of tools such as Figma, Miro, and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Sensitivity to accessibility, ergonomics, and conversational experience.
Strong communication, workshop facilitation, and writing skills.
