Mission Objectives and Context
Within the framework of its modernization and transformation strategy, our esteemed client is embarking on the decommissioning of the Olympic tool (event module). This pivotal initiative necessitates a seamless transition of Corporate Trust Operations activities towards novel solutions or optimized processes, with a paramount focus on averting service disruptions and operational hazards.
Main Objective
The Project Manager is tasked with spearheading the entire business stream for Corporate Trust, in close collaboration with the CTO Engineering team lead. Acting as the conduit between business experts and central project teams, the incumbent is entrusted with ensuring the meticulous analysis, migration, or redefinition of all critical functionalities and data within the Olympic event module.
Expected Tasks
Steering and Coordination Business/Project Interface: Serving as the primary liaison between Corporate Trust business leads and central project managers.
Governance: Orchestrating and presiding over steering committees, delineating agendas, and ensuring the meticulous tracking of decisions and actions through an Action Log.
Planning Management: Vigilantly monitoring the progress of milestones specific to the Corporate Trust stream and promptly flagging any deviations (risk management and bottleneck identification).
As-Is Analysis: Methodically identifying and mapping the current utilization of the Olympic Event Module within Corporate Trust (flows, data, reports, interfaces).
Business Workshops: Facilitating workshops with business owners to elicit requirements and validate the ramifications of the decommissioning.
To-Be Definition: Coordinating the delineation of new processes and ensuring harmonization with central project standards.
Document Review: Conducting an audit, updating, and drafting impacted operational documentation and business procedures.
Data Mapping: Collaborating with technical teams to guarantee the archival or migration of critical data in compliance with regulatory mandates.
Expected Deliverables
Initialization: Stakeholder Map Detailed planning for the Corporate Trust stream
Analysis:
As-Is analysis document (Inventory/Gap Analysis)
Catalog of Olympic functionalities used by the business
Design:
New process maps
Functional specifications or requirements for the target state
Documentation:
Updated Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Cutover plan and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) strategy validated by the Business
Closure:
End-of-mission report / Business acceptance sign-off
Closed risk and issue register
