As part of our search for a qualified professional, we wish to entrust the operational management responsibility of a project that is already underway, in full realization phase and progressive deployment, within a complex environment involving multiple actors and partners.

The main missions of the Senior Project Manager include:

  • Assistance in the management of a transformation project and data exchange - 2 lots (services in regie)

  • Resumption of management including in-depth diagnosis, consolidation of the current situation, and development of a strategic action plan

  • Update and rigorous maintenance of an integrated schedule, taking into account milestones, dependencies, and the critical path of the project

  • Effective governance animation through the coordination of steering committees (COPIL), project meetings, workshops, as well as the production of relevant supports and reports

  • Proactive management of risks, dependencies, changes, and crucial decisions for the project's success

  • Harmonious coordination between different business stakeholders, the data and IT team, and the synchronization of contributions from external partners

  • Articulation of a hybrid management, integrating iterative/agile practices in certain aspects when relevant (backlog management, prioritization, rituals, demonstrations), while ensuring overall governance coherence

  • Thorough preparation and attentive support for testing/acceptance, commissioning, acceptance, and project closure phases

The sought-after Senior Project Manager must demonstrate excellent writing, communication, and facilitation skills, enabling smooth interaction with business and IT stakeholders, as well as external partners, with a constant focus on efficiency and quality.

Job requirements

Requirements for the position:

The ideal candidate must have significant professional experience, equivalent to eight years or more, in managing projects of proven complexity. Additionally, they must demonstrate an ability to operate within a matrix organizational and multi-actor environment, while effectively interacting with specialized stakeholders in business and IT domains.

Mastery of the Quapital framework is a prerequisite for this position. The candidate must provide evidence of certification or practical experience in applying this framework, through participation in at least three projects in the last five years. Moreover, a proven ability to manage in a hybrid manner, potentially integrating agile approaches, is also expected.

Furthermore, advanced proficiency in the French language, at level C1 or higher, as well as operational competence in English, at level B1 or higher, are essential criteria for this position.
