Job description

For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, we are looking for a UX Designer.

Your mission:

  • Conduct a scoping study of the need and feasibility of the request

  • Perform user research (protocol and execution) and aggregate the results;

  • Carry out market analysis, benchmarking, and follow UX and UI trends to make consistent proposals in terms of user journeys

  • Gather customer feedback through surveys, user tests, client workshops (immersion, experience day, Design Sprint);

  • Facilitate ideation workshops to find one or more solutions that can meet the bank's objectives/user needs and use different prioritization methodologies to converge on an optimal solution

  • Based on this choice, define and deploy a user-centered design strategy, adapted to technical and regulatory constraints, as well as operational constraints

  • Build a logical information architecture and design ergonomic and consistent solutions and journeys

  • Create wireflows, sketches, wireframes, prototypes, and conduct user tests

  • Write a requirement expression that includes the prototypes, describes the interactions in the prototype, and defines all wordings used in the mockup

  • Perform quality checks with IT developers and find solutions for technical constraints

  • Conduct UX/UI audits on existing journeys and write recommendations for journey redesign or to initiate continuous improvement loop

Job requirements

Your profile:

Technical skills:

  • You have at least 5 years of experience

  • You have experience in the banking sector

  • Practice of UX methodologies and design thinking.

  • Knowledge and mastery of group facilitation and survey techniques

  • Ergonomics and cognitive psychology

  • Excellent mastery of Figma tools

  • Practice of agile methodologies and knowledge of Jira tool
