Our client, a leading financial institution based in Luxembourg, is seeking a Project Manager specialising in fund onboarding, order execution coordination, and asset migration. This role is ideal for a structured, client‑oriented professional looking to develop within a highly dynamic and international investment ecosystem.

💼 Your Responsibilities

You will play a central role in managing strategic client initiatives, including:

• Leading end‑to‑end client onboarding projects such as new client launches, migrations, fund mergers, fund liquidations, insurance‑related events, and other operational activities.

• Organising and participating in regular project meetings with clients and internal/external stakeholders.

• Performing detailed gap analyses, designing operating models, and coordinating with change management for any required adaptations.

• Managing the negotiation and signature of all operational documentation with clients.

• Building close, structured collaboration with operational teams and service providers to ensure accurate operational setups and seamless transition to business‑as‑usual.

• Coordinating asset migrations (mutual funds, hedge funds, and cash), including drafting migration documentation covering roles and responsibilities.

• Working with transversal functions (Global Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, Depositary, Market & Financing Services) to address interdependencies and ensure aligned setups.

• Maintaining a transparent client event pipeline, monitoring upcoming projects, and anticipating potential capacity challenges.

• Overseeing and testing client connectivity (SWIFT, internal platforms) to ensure day‑one readiness for transaction flows.

• Actively contributing to the continuous improvement of the onboarding and migration framework, including leading Post‑Implementation Reviews when necessary.
