Job description
For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, we are looking for a Process Designer.
General context:
The Digital Process Designer will design, optimize, and formalize the target processes of a digital onboarding project, ensuring their cross-functional coherence, operational efficiency, and alignment with business, regulatory, and digital requirements.
Main missions of the sought-after person:
Map existing processes (as-is) and design target processes (to-be)
Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to gather and challenge needs
Formalize workflows, business rules, and customer journeys
Identify optimization, simplification, and digitalization levers
Ensure cross-functional coherence between business, IT, compliance, and operations
Contribute to continuous improvement and process performance monitoring
Job requirements
Profile
You have a Master's degree (BAC+4/5).
You have between 6 and 10 years of overall experience, including at least 6 years in the service environment).
Proven experience in modeling, optimizing, and transforming processes in a banking or regulated environment is required.
Skills
Technical skills:
Proficiency in process modeling (BPMN, workflows, journeys, use cases)
Ability to formalize business rules, control points, and customer journeys
Knowledge of continuous improvement, simplification, and digitalization approaches
Good understanding of compliance, risks, and controls in processes
Proficiency in collaborative tools and document formalization (Office 365, Visio, or equivalent)
Excellent digital culture and good knowledge of omnichannel journeys
Behavioral skills:
Structured and analytical mindset to understand, model, and simplify complex processes
Listening, facilitation, and workshop animation skills with various stakeholders
Rigor, attention to detail, and quality of document formalization
Interpersonal skills and ability to create alignment between business, IT, and control functions
Focus on continuous improvement, pragmatism, and results orientation
Language skills:
French, written and spoken.
English, written and spoken.
