Business Analyst for funds onboarding

We are currently in search of a highly skilled Business Analyst to take charge of overseeing and managing the intricate implementation of client onboarding projects for our client. The chosen individual will play a pivotal role in steering various client events, including but not limited to new client launches, fund mergers, and insurance policy activities, with precision and finesse.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Efficiently coordinating project conference calls and meetings with clients and stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful project execution process.

  • Thoroughly conducting detailed gap analyses of client requirements and meticulously designing operating models that align with the high standards set by our organization.

  • Skillfully negotiating and finalizing operational documentation with clients to guarantee strict compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

  • Cultivating and nurturing strong relationships with internal teams and external service providers to facilitate smooth and efficient operational transitions and collaborations.

  • Leading asset migration processes with precision and expertise, while also drafting comprehensive operational documentation outlining stakeholder responsibilities.

  • Collaborating effectively with various cross-functional teams to address complex subjects and dependencies, ensuring a holistic approach to project management.

  • Maintaining and updating the client event pipeline with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accurate information is recorded and project portfolios are closely monitored.

  • Coordinating connectivity efforts with clients and delegates, ensuring seamless readiness for transaction flows and operational activities.

  • Contributing actively to process improvement initiatives and taking the lead in conducting Post Implementation Reviews to drive continuous enhancement and optimization.

Job requirements

Requirements:

In order to be considered for this position, candidates must possess a comprehensive understanding of Mutual/Hedge fund business operations. This includes a deep knowledge of the intricacies and complexities of the industry.

Additionally, applicants should demonstrate exceptional abilities in client interaction and negotiation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and closing deals.

Furthermore, strong organizational and project management skills are essential for this role. The successful candidate will be adept at multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in both French and English is required for this position. Fluency in any other language would be considered a valuable asset and may enhance the candidate's suitability for the role.
