Mission description – Intervention scope

▪ Reports to Head of Transfer Agency

▪ Job Summary: experienced Transfer Agent with a strong experience conducting change. This candidate will be supporting change initiatives and process improvements within the TA environment.

▪ Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for TA systems and processes.

▪ Change Analyst Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing TA processes and identify opportunities for efficiency, automation, and risk reduction

• Gather and document requirements for change initiative

• Support TA Operations functions such as impact analysis, testing, training, and implementation/delivery of changes

• Liaise with Operations in Luxembourg and International Operations Centers to ensure change initiatives are effectively delivered.

• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives to relevant stakeholders.
