Job Opportunity: ServiceNow Analyst-Developer

As a ServiceNow analyst-developer, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Design, develop, build, and customize the ServiceNow platform

  • Collect, analyze, and formalize business requirements for functional solutions on the platform

  • Write user stories, use cases, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria

  • Develop and adapt user interface policies, actions, scripts, pages, and business rules

  • Assist and oversee application updates, data loading, and maintenance

Job requirements

Requirements:

• ServiceNow CSA Certification, ITSM

• Several years of experience in large companies

• Basic configurations: groups / users / roles

• Integrations

o Data sources / Import sets and transform maps

o IntegrationHub ETL

o Import / Export data

o Update Sets

• Knowledge of the ITSM application

o Incidents

o Service Catalog

o Knowledge

o Change

o Problem

o CMDB

o Experience with Service Operation Workspace

• Knowledge of Employee Center

• Understanding of ITIL best practices

• Experience in creating catalog items:

o Analysis with service owners

o Proposing technical solutions

o Writing analysis documents for forms and workflows

o Creating forms

o Creating flows via the flow designer

o Unit testing

• Documentation and knowledge transfer on tasks performed

• Strong Scripting skills (UI, Client, BR, ACL)

• Good communication: technical and with end users / stakeholders

• Mastery of Agile Development module

• Knowledge of process automation (RITM sequencing)

• Experience in large implementation projects

Languages: French, English, German, Luxembourgish
