We are seeking a highly skilled Product Owner with deep expertise in Video Conferencing Infrastructure. This role offers the unique opportunity to shape the future of our Video Conferencing service and play a pivotal role in our mission to provide Video Conferencing as a Service.
Key Responsibilities:
As the Product Owner for Video Conferencing Infrastructure , you will lead the vision, strategy, and development of our Video Conferencing service. Your responsibilities will include:
Vision and Strategy: Develop a compelling vision for our Video Conferencing service, aligned with our business objectives, and create a strategic roadmap to achieve it.
Customer Understanding: Gain a deep understanding of customer needs and challenges related to Video Conferencing, utilizing this knowledge to drive innovative solutions.
Service Catalogue: Define and manage the service catalogue for Video Conferencing as a Service, ensuring it aligns with customer expectations and market trends.
Automation: Lead efforts to automate and streamline Video Conferencing operations, with a focus on improving efficiency and user experience.
Operation Oversight: Collaborate with operational teams to monitor and collect lessons learned from service operation, using this feedback to continuously improve service design.
User Stories: Create detailed user stories and acceptance criteria that reflect customer requirements and the product roadmap.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development teams, architects, engineers, and customer support to ensure successful service delivery.
Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in the Video Conferencing service.

Qualifications:
