Job description
We are looking for a multilingual IT Support Specialist with at least 6 months of professional experience.
Job Responsibilities
You will provide IT support to our users and/or clients;
You will handle tickets related to incidents and requests concerning Windows and Office;
You will troubleshoot issues for office equipment such as desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, etc.;
You will escalate unresolved issues to the next support level;
You will track the lifecycle of incidents;
You will assist in the continuous improvement of procedures;
You will address client requests with a "client-oriented" approach.
Job requirements
Your Profile
Requirements:
You have at least 6 months of experience in the IT field;
You are fluent in Luxembourgish, French, German, and English;
You have a good knowledge of Windows operating systems;
You are proficient in Office tools;
You have experience in hardware troubleshooting (printers, PCs, mobile devices, etc.);
You have used SCCM or other remote software before;
You have knowledge of issues related to MAM Active Directory;
You have analytical skills and know how to manage priorities;
You value teamwork and can work independently;
You have excellent communication skills;
The Nice-to-Haves:
You are familiar with ticketing tools;
You know Office 365;
You are ITIL certified.
