Tasks:
• Ensure functional and technical application support following ITIL methodology best practices
• Manage incidents and user requests from the Bank regarding banking applications
• Take into account application alerts from monitoring tools to prevent any impact on users
• Analyze and secure production changes during application deployments
• In case of major incidents: coordinate, resolve, and communicate during crisis management
• Formalize and follow up on action plans following major incidents to prevent their recurrence
• Verify the proper functioning of banking applications after infrastructure updates
• Participate in updating documentation
Job requirements
Required Functional Skills:
Mastery of banking business and banking processes
In-depth knowledge of investment instruments
Desired Technical Environment:
Mastery of databases: SQL, PL SQL (Oracle, Sybase, PostGreSQL)
Experience in DevOps with expertise in Continuous Integration
Mastery of Linux environment and Shell scripting
Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Elastic Search & Kibana, and CyberArk
Knowledge of XL Deploy and ZABBIX
Knowledge of ITIL methodology, ITIL V4 Foundation certification would be a plus
