Second Line IT Support Consultant

We are currently seeking a qualified professional to fill the position of second line IT support consultant within our prestigious team. This crucial role involves a range of essential responsibilities that will contribute to the stability and efficiency of our technical infrastructure.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting detailed daily checks on various aspects of our technical infrastructure, including antivirus consoles, SCOM, backups, as well as key applications critical to our operations. Additionally, they must demonstrate exceptional ability to effectively resolve technical incidents, whether it be alerts from SCOM, backup issues, IzWS chain malfunctions, or other complex technical challenges.

Prerequisite Requirements

Applicants must demonstrate mastery of the following skills:

  • Thorough technical knowledge in Active Directory Administration

  • Significant experience in second-level support

  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with other technical teams responsible for the bank's IT infrastructure
