Delivery Lead (réf.: LU477)

The Delivery Lead ensures the operational health and continuous enhancement of the agile delivery framework. This role extends beyond traditional agile facilitation to encompass early risk identification and effective communication, facilitating informed decision-making at all organizational levels.

In collaboration with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and multidisciplinary squads—including business analysts, engineers, QA, and UX specialists—the Delivery Lead aligns product objectives with delivery outcomes. The role requires monitoring capacity, workflow, dependencies, risks, and team wellbeing to promote sustainable practices and business satisfaction.

Though without formal authority over budgets, resources, or personnel, the Delivery Lead influences outcomes through transparency and data-driven strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Delivery System Oversight: Monitoring capacity, flow, risks, and team health to maintain accountability.

• Alignment Facilitation: Bridging product intent with delivery realities and validating feedback loops within teams.

• Decision Clarity: Documenting decisions, ownership, and trade-offs to enhance collaboration.

• Process Optimization: Tailoring agile methodologies and addressing systemic issues alongside specialists.

• Data and Technology Integration: Promoting pragmatic use of data, automation, and AI to improve delivery efficiency.

Mandatory Skills

• Demonstrated expertise in managing delivery system effectiveness within software product teams, including proactive risk identification.

• Proficient application of Agile and flow methodologies, with the discernment to tailor practices to specific team contexts.

• Capacity to influence Product, Technical teams, and stakeholders through evidence-based communication, articulating risks impartially.

• Experience in coaching and training personnel on frameworks and methodologies.

• Competent use of delivery metrics (e.g., flow, aging work, WIP) to elucidate risks and prioritize trade-offs.

• Fluency in English, both oral and written.

Valued Assets

• Proven ability to drive organizational change at both team and enterprise levels.

• Experience with AI tools, including development of personal AI-enhanced solutions.

• Coordination experience across multiple squads or platforms.

• Background in financial services or regulated sectors.

• Certifications in Agile or delivery frameworks (e.g., PSM, SAFe, ICAgile).

• Proficiency in French.
