Business Analyst (Ref: 393)

For one of our clients, a bank located in Luxembourg Kirchberg, we are looking for a Business Analyst.

You will participate in framing and analyzing a digital onboarding project.

Main missions of the sought-after person:

• Collect and analyze business needs

• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to understand and challenge needs

• Formalize needs in the form of user stories, functional specifications, and business rules

• Bridge the gap between business, IT, UX, and data teams

• Contribute to the design of digital solutions and the definition of customer journeys

• Propose improvements in terms of simplification, automation, and digitalization

Profile

• You have a Master's degree (BAC+4/5).

• You have between 6 and 10 years of overall experience, including at least 6 years in the service environment.

• Proven experience in functional analysis and digital transformation in a banking environment is required.

Skills

Technical skills:

• Thorough knowledge of key digital concepts

• Mastery of Office 365 suite, especially collaborative tools

• Excellent digital culture

• Knowledge of user-centered design methods (UX, customer journeys, design thinking...)

• Ability to formalize functional needs, journeys, and business rules in an Agile context

Behavioral skills:

• Analytical mindset and ability to structure complex needs

• Listening, synthesis, and workshop facilitation skills with various stakeholders

• Clear communication and ability to bridge business and IT

• Rigor, attention to detail, and quality of formalization

• Agility, pragmatism, and solution-oriented approach

Language skills:

• French, written and spoken.
